Returns/Exchanges/Refunds
All items are custom (made to order) and cannot be returned or exchanged. There is a comment section at check out - you'll utilize this box to add all personalization and any additional information (such as color choices, long/short sleeve, etc.) I may need to fulfill your order(s). Please make sure all information is correct before checking out.
I will only offer a refund on your order in the event that I am not able to complete it.
Should there be an issue with your order, you have seven (7) days to contact the shop to resolve the issue.

Shipping/Pick Up Policies
Shipping - all items will ship within 14 business days of placing your order. Items may ship via USPS or UPS.
Pick Up - all items will be available to pick up within 14 business days of placing your order. Unless previously discussed, pick up location will be at my home (porch pick up) and notification will be sent when items are ready.
Rush Orders
I am able to complete "rush" orders for an extra fee, if I have the item(s) needed readily available in the shop.
"Rush Orders" are orders that are needed before the normal 14 business day TAT.
Please select the "Rush Order Fee" and add it to your cart before checking out. It can be found in the product catalog.
The "Rush Order Fee" applies to EACH item. Example: You're purchasing 2 items, then you'll add 2 fees to your cart.
